Two sides of Louisiana in one coordinated day: a Signature 16-seat airboat through gator country by day, and an evening shuttle to New Orleans' famous above-ground cemeteries, where you'll walk among the tombs with your guide.
“DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. I cannot believe how great the customer service is with this Gators and Ghost. We had a weather related issue that was resolved without issue. It is hard to find companies that are willing to go the extra mile to help you out.”
“Lenny was very knowledgeable and helpful when booking the tour! Would definitely book again.”
“Customer service was astounding. We had to make so many changes to our reservation that I was embarrassed. G & G was timely and professional throughout. 100% recommended!”
Get the best of Louisiana in one perfectly coordinated day: wild swamp by morning, haunted cemeteries by night. Your hotel pickup, airboat, and evening shuttle are all arranged in one booking, with a long afternoon free in the French Quarter for lunch, a nap, or a cocktail.
Your morning starts with a 10:45 AM hotel pickup to the swamp, where your Cajun captain takes the Signature 16-seat airboat deep into cypress country: gators basking feet away, and that moment when the engine cuts and the swamp goes quiet around you. Back in the city by mid-afternoon, you're free until evening. At 7 PM, meet us at a centrally located French Quarter bar to board the climate-controlled shuttle that carries you beyond the Quarter to the above-ground cemeteries most tourists never see. There you step off and walk among the tombs, your guide's flashlight sweeping across weathered stone with the stories of who's buried there, and why some of them haven't stayed buried.
Two iconic experiences, one easy booking, one unforgettable day.

Hotel Pickup, then a French Quarter Bar
Details in confirmation email
This combo has two meeting points. For the swamp tour: hotel shuttle pickup at 10:45 AM from French Quarter and CBD locations (your pickup details are in your confirmation email). You'll return to New Orleans by mid-afternoon with a free afternoon. For the cemetery tour: meet us at a centrally located French Quarter bar at 7:00 PM to board the shuttle; the exact spot is in your confirmation email.
The evening cemetery tour runs rain or shine; we only cancel if conditions become dangerous. The swamp portion is more weather-dependent: a little rain won't automatically cancel an airboat, but the captain, working with the Coast Guard, will call off a trip in weather a walking or shuttle tour would happily run in. If the swamp portion is cancelled, your cemetery tour is still on unless you hear otherwise from us, and you can choose between a refund of the swamp portion of the combo price or rescheduling the swamp tour for a different day. If the captain doesn't cancel, both tours are on, and skipping the swamp because of rain isn't refundable.
No. This combo is not wheelchair or scooter accessible: airboats cannot accommodate wheelchairs, and the cemetery shuttle has no lift or room to store mobility equipment. For an accessible alternative, we recommend our covered pontoon swamp boat tour (you drive to the dock, and the boat is wheelchair accessible) paired with one of our French Quarter ghost or vampire walking tours, which stay on city streets and sidewalks. Contact us and we'll help you plan it.
Absolutely! Tipping 15-20% of your tour cost is standard and greatly appreciated — similar to what you'd tip at a restaurant. Our guides are passionate locals who rely on tips as a significant part of their income. A great guide can make your experience unforgettable. If they do, let them know!
Tours are non-refundable unless cancelled by the company or tour operators (typically due to dangerous weather like lightning or hurricanes). If you need to reschedule, contact us and we'll work with you to apply your payment to a different date or tour, subject to availability. We understand plans change — just give us as much notice as possible.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes. If you need to reschedule, get in touch with us as soon as you know and we'll do our best to work something out. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have.
Yes. Just let us know at least a day before your tour and we can update it. The easiest way is through our live chat on the website, or you can text or call us at 504-226-5433.
