Your morning starts with a 10:45 AM hotel pickup to the swamp, where your Cajun captain takes the Signature 16-seat airboat deep into cypress country: gators basking feet away, and that moment when the engine cuts and the swamp goes quiet around you. Back in the city by mid-afternoon, you're free until evening. Then you check in at a French Quarter meeting spot for the 7 PM climate-controlled shuttle, which carries you out of the Quarter for a night visit inside one of the city's above-ground cemeteries, walking among the tombs as your guide tells the stories of who's buried there.

- •On both tours, multiple starting points, shuttles and operators mean separate bookings can end up in different groups and locations.
- •If you're booking separately from the rest of your party, add a note at checkout with everyone's names and we'll do our best to keep you together.
- •Even then, we can't guarantee separate bookings end up in the same group.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if it rains?+
The evening cemetery tour runs rain or shine; we only cancel if conditions become dangerous. The swamp portion is more weather-dependent: a little rain won't automatically cancel an airboat, but the captain, working with the Coast Guard, will call off a trip in weather a walking or shuttle tour would happily run in. If the swamp portion is cancelled, your cemetery tour is still on unless you hear otherwise from us, and you can choose between a refund of the swamp portion of the combo price or rescheduling the swamp tour for a different day. If the captain doesn't cancel, both tours are on, and skipping the swamp because of rain isn't refundable.
We booked separately from our friends. Will we be on the same tours?+
Only if you tell us. The swamp tour and the cemetery tour both have multiple starting points, shuttles and operators, so separate bookings can end up in different groups and locations on either one. Send us everyone's names when you book and we'll do our best to place you together. We can't guarantee it, so if you can, put the whole party on one booking.
Is this tour wheelchair or scooter accessible?+
No. This combo is not wheelchair or scooter accessible: airboats cannot accommodate wheelchairs, and the cemetery shuttle has no lift or room to store mobility equipment. For an accessible alternative, we recommend our covered pontoon swamp boat tour (you drive to the dock, and the boat is wheelchair accessible) paired with one of our French Quarter ghost or vampire walking tours, which stay on city streets and sidewalks. Contact us and we'll help you plan it.
Should we tip our tour guides?+
Absolutely! Tipping 15-20% of your tour cost is standard and greatly appreciated — similar to what you'd tip at a restaurant. Our guides are passionate locals who rely on tips as a significant part of their income. A great guide can make your experience unforgettable. If they do, let them know!
What is your cancellation policy?+
Tours are non-refundable unless cancelled by the company or tour operators (typically due to dangerous weather like lightning or hurricanes). If you need to reschedule, contact us and we'll work with you to apply your payment to a different date or tour, subject to availability. We understand plans change — just give us as much notice as possible.
Can I reschedule my tour to a different date?+
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes. If you need to reschedule, get in touch with us as soon as you know and we'll do our best to work something out. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have.

Important Information
Riders must be at least 5 years old to join the airboat. Pregnant guests and those with neck or back injuries cannot ride the airboat. The 7 PM cemetery departure is the family-friendly one (not recommended for children 4 and under); cemetery walking is on uneven ground (grass, gravel).
Activity Level
Seated airboat ride by day. In the evening, the shuttle does the driving, and the cemetery visit is on foot, on uneven ground (grass, gravel).
