“My family and I had a great time on this trip. The zipline trip was in the swamp and we went by shuttle. Rick was our guide and he pointed out all kinds of cool stuff on the way, even an eagle nest with two eagles! He was a super friendly guy and a great guide. I'd definitely recommend booking a tour with this company.”
“Lenny was very knowledgeable and helpful when booking the tour! Would definitely book again.”
“I worked with Lenny to book tours for my company while we were in town for a conference. Lenny was amazing and accommodating. He helped me pick the right tours and even arranged transportation to the swamp!”
This is not your average zipline. You are flying over a real Louisiana cypress swamp, with alligators in the water below and birds lifting from the marsh around you. Five ziplines and two sky bridges take you from platform to platform through the canopy, each one giving you a new angle on the bayou below.
Step off the platform and feel the warm bayou air rush past your face as you glide through the treetops. Below, the dark water shimmers and you might catch a gator surfacing or an egret standing perfectly still at the water's edge. Between ziplines, your guides share local stories and swamp secrets from the platforms. By the second or third zip, even the nervous ones in your group are grinning.
Perfect for families, friend groups, and anyone looking for something beyond the usual New Orleans activities. Non-zippers can watch for free from a spectator deck with seating, fans, and misters. Tours run rain or shine.

We pick up from most hotels in these areas. Your exact pickup point will be confirmed by email - it may be your hotel entrance or a nearby landmark within a short walk.
Rideshare/Uber to the swamp is not recommended — We strongly discourage using Uber, Lyft, or taxis. The launch areas are rural and not well-serviced by rideshare. While it's easy to get a ride from New Orleans to the bayou, finding a return ride can be difficult—guests have been stranded in the past.

They're the same thing! Airboat and fanboat are two names for the same type of boat. These flat-bottomed vessels are powered by a large fan mounted on the back, which is why some people call them fanboats. In the New Orleans swamp tour industry, airboat is the standard term, but you'll hear both. No matter what you call it, you're in for a thrilling ride through the Louisiana bayou.
Airboats are faster and more thrilling — great for adventure seekers. Pontoon boats are slower and quieter, making them better for photography, conversation, and families with young children. Both see the same wildlife!
