Refund Policy

At Gators & Ghosts, we want you to have an amazing New Orleans experience. Please review our policies below before booking.

Cancellations

All tour bookings are considered final at the time of purchase. We do not offer automatic refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we review each situation on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work with you on rescheduling options when circumstances allow.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions, you will be offered the choice of:

• Rescheduling to another available date during your visit
• A full refund to your original payment method

Please note that light rain typically does not cancel tours. Swamp tours and outdoor activities proceed in most weather conditions. We recommend bringing appropriate gear for the forecast.

Modifications & Rescheduling

Need to change your tour date or time? Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Changes are easier to accommodate when requested well in advance of your scheduled tour.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund or reschedule will be provided. Please arrive at your meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
