How Pricing Works
Every private tour is quoted individually based on tour type, group size, timing, and any extras like transportation or special requests. Tell us what you want and we will put together options.
Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Two weeks minimum is a good rule of thumb, and more is better. Private tours require coordination with operators and availability fills up, especially during peak season.
What if my plans change?
We try to be reasonable and accommodate changes when we can. But private tours reserve an entire boat, bus, or guide that could have been booked to other customers, so we need as much notice as possible. Last-minute changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Do you handle transportation?
For swamp tours, we can arrange a shuttle if you need a ride to the bayou. For city tours, shuttle is included. Walking tours meet in neighborhoods like the French Quarter or the Garden District. Custom starting locations can sometimes be arranged, but city regulations limit tour shuttles to certain roads and stopping locations.
Can we combine different tours in one day?
Absolutely. A popular combo is a morning swamp tour and an evening ghost tour. We coordinate timing and logistics.
What about large groups (30+)?
No problem. Swamp tours use multiple boats. Walking tours split across guides (city law caps at 28 per guide). We have handled groups of 100+.
