Private Airboat Options

We have airboats available in multiple sizes for private tours:

6-passenger airboat (ideal for groups of 6 or fewer)
10-passenger airboat (fits 7-10 people comfortably)
16-passenger airboat (perfect for groups of 11-16)
30-passenger airboat (accommodates large groups of 17-30)

For very large groups, we also offer slower-paced covered pontoon boats that can seat up to 72 passengers. Contact us with your group size and we'll match you with the ideal private boat.

Optional Transportation

Round-trip transportation is available from the French Quarter or CBD to the swamp tour departure point, about a 30 minute drive each way. We recommend adding our transportation unless your group has your own vehicles, as ride-shares like Uber/Lyft can be unreliable and expensive in the rural areas.

Private transportation via bus or van can also be arranged for your group if needed, pending availability. Minimum booking times usually apply. Contact us for a quote.

Transportation Needs

We offer optional round-trip transport from French Quarter and CBD to swamp for $25 per person. Folks with their own vehicles are encouraged to drive to the swamp. It's about a 30 minute drive from downtown New Orleans. We provide address with your confirmation. Rideshare availability can be very limited for the return ride from the rural swamp areas. We recommend against it. Folks have been stranded for hours in the past.

Where will you be staying?

We have a variety of pickup locations in the French Quarter, the Central Business District, and on St. Charles Ave near the Garden District. If you tell us where you are staying, we can help find the closest pickup spot. We may be able to get you at your hotel, and if not, most folk are no more than a couple of blocks away from our closest pickup.

Is anyone in your party pregnant, 4-years old or younger, or have neck or back problems?

While our airboats have certain safety-related restrictions, our covered pontoon boats are suitable for all riders.

Alcohol needs

We work with several docks that have differing policies on alcohol consumption. Please let us know your needs and we can find the right option for your group.
