Same legendary locations and spine-tingling stories, but without the filter. Our regular Ghost & Vampire tour welcomes families and groups up to 28 guests. This 8 PM tour is 18+ only, limited to 16 guests, and includes the explicit details, adult language, and darker stories that don't make it into the family-friendly version. We also stop at a haunted bar midway for drinks and restrooms.

Yes. Expect graphic descriptions of violence, explicit language, true crime details, and mature themes throughout. If you've done ghost tours before and found them a little sanitized, this is the upgrade. Our guides don't hold back.

Absolutely. This is New Orleans. Grab a go-cup from any bar before we start, and we'll stop at a haunted French Quarter bar halfway through for refills and restrooms. Just no glass containers on the street.

Tours run rain or shine. If you show up in the rain, your guide will be there. We only cancel if conditions become dangerous, and in that case you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Not much. It's a leisurely stroll through the French Quarter. We're talking blocks, not miles. Definitely not a hike. Comfortable shoes are still a good idea.

No. The LaLaurie Mansion is a privately owned home. Our tours stop outside and your guide tells the story from the street.

Our walking tours are about an hour and 45 minutes long. You generally cover about a mile of ground. It's an easy walk and you stop a lot to hear stories.

There are paid parking lots on Basin St. and on the corner of Conti and N. Rampart St. Prices vary depending on what's happening in the city that day. If you're staying at a French Quarter hotel, we recommend walking to the tour site.
