A hands-on paranormal investigation experience in the French Quarter. Join an intimate group and use real ghost-hunting equipment at two haunted locations to search for evidence of the other side.
“Chris was amazing! Very professional and super funny! My cousin Becky Jo and I had a blast! Can't wait to go back and investigate with him again!”
“Lenny was very knowledgeable and helpful when booking the tour! Would definitely book again.”
“I worked with Lenny to book tours for my company while we were in town for a conference. Lenny was amazing and accommodating. He helped me pick the right tours and even arranged transportation to the swamp!”
This isn't a walking tour. It's a hands-on paranormal investigation at two of the French Quarter's most haunted locations. You'll use real ghost-hunting equipment: K2 meters, REM Pods, SLS cameras, and more. Groups are capped at 12 to ensure everyone gets time with the gear. Your guide teaches the same techniques you've seen on professional ghost hunting shows.
When your K2 meter spikes in an empty room, your guide explains the history of the spirit you may have just contacted. Many investigators have captured figures on the SLS camera that weren't visible to the naked eye. You'll document everything and keep whatever evidence you find. Will you make contact? That's the question.
Perfect for skeptics who want to test their beliefs and believers who want to experience the real thing. If you want to actually investigate the paranormal rather than just hear about it, this is your tour.

Sure! It's New Orleans. You're legally allowed to drink on the streets as long as your drink is in a plastic container. Tours generally start at a bar and stop at one halfway through, often with drink specials. Just note: guests who become disruptive may be asked to leave with no refund. Please drink in moderation.
Bring a poncho or umbrella! Tours run rain or shine — some say the ghosts are more active when it rains. We only cancel during dangerous weather (lightning, hurricanes), and you'll receive a full refund or reschedule option.
Absolutely! Tipping 15-20% of your tour cost is standard and greatly appreciated — similar to what you'd tip at a restaurant. Our guides are passionate locals who rely on tips as a significant part of their income. A great guide can make your experience unforgettable. If they do, let them know!
Tours run rain or shine. If you show up in the rain, your guide will be there. We only cancel if conditions become dangerous, and in that case you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
